[fixed/closed]Typhoon asks for target player

Describe the Bug:
When Typhoon is cast, it prompts its controller to "select target player". (If its controller is chosen as target, Typhoon deals an amount damage to him/her equal to the number of Islands his/her opponent controls.)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Typhoon always deals damage to its controller's opponent whithout targetting the latter.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
