[fixed/closed]Volcanic Eruption no help text

1) After Volcanic Eruption's controller has spent mana on
the help text box vanishes, which also makes canceling the spell impossible.
Since the player can spend more mana on than there are Mountains on the battlefield, this can lead to the player being unable to proceed with the game.
2) The spell also doesn't resolve after X targets have been chosen, and seemingly keeps asking for targets as more than X Mountains can be targetted (indicated by prohibition signs being put on them).
