Describe the Bug:
1) War Barge's activated ability costs {G} {G} to activate.

2) When War Barge leaves the battlefield the during a turn during which it has been activated, the targeted creature is not destroyed.

Which card did behave improperly ?
War Barge

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
War Barge's activated ability costs {3} to activate.

When War Barge leaves the battlefield the during a turn during which it has been activated, the targeted creature is destroyed.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
