[fixed/closed]Xenic Poltergeist no help text, bad toughness

1) When Xenic Poltergeist's activated ability is activated, the help text box vanishes. Targetting works as intended, though.
2) The targetted artifact becomes a creature with power equal to its converted mana cost and a toughness of 8.
3) The legacy effect card that turn the target into a creature is not removed at the beginning of Poltergeist's controller's next upkeep, so the effect lasts permanently.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The help text box doesn't vanish.
The targetted artufact becomes an artifact creature with power and toughness each equal to its converted mana cost.
The ability's effect ends at the beginning of Poltergeist's controller's next upkeep.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
