[fixed/closed]Long-Term Plans removes selected card

Describe the Bug:
The card Long-Term Plans' controller chooses to put on his library third from top is removed from his/her library instead.
According to Pull from Eternity, it is not exiled.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Long-Term Plans
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The chosen card is put on its owner's ibrary third from top.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
