Describe the Bug:
An opponent's Glen Elendra Archmage can counter my general cast from the command zone. (GEA counters noncreature spells)

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
GEM cannot counter my general, as it is a creature spell

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Too many to list. I'm hypothesizing that the EDH card considers activation to cast the general as a non-creature spell, and therefore anything that interacts specifically with a creature spell, or specifically with a noncreature spell are potentially affected, with examples starting here:

Glen Elendra Archmage wrongly counters creatures so as a result Commanders,too.

Fixed in 2fe34e4

As of CoRM15 mini4, Glen Elendra Archmage can't counter any spells.

It's not highlighted and can't be activated when either player casts a spell, be it a creature or noncreature spell.
