Describe the Bug:
Dimir Charm look at library ability 1- Shuffles the library.
2- Doesn't put the 2 of the top 3 cards on the graveyard but any 2.
At least when AI casts it targeting opponent:
3- It takes 1 card from my hand and puts it on top of my library.
4- It takes 1 card from my library and outs it on AI's hand.
5- Also I can't reproduce it now but it probably happened that AI made me discard only 1 card from library.

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Dimir Charm 1- doesn't shuffle the library.
2- the 2 out of 3 top cards not selected go to graveyard.The selected goes on top of it.
3- nothing to do with hand.
4- nothing to do with opponents hand.
5- always 2 cards go back to graveyard.(unless a card discarded says otherwise)
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

When I cast it, it shuffled the library, put the chosen card in my hand, put one of the 2 not chosen cards in opponent's gy and made my entire library disappear.
