Describe the Bug:
~~1st ability doesn't work on enchantments (tested with Psychic Venom and Hondon of Infinite Rage), but does work on artifacts and creatures~~

Which card did behave improperly ?
Kiora, the Crashing Wave

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/9/14: Conspiracy for the recoding of M15 minipatch 2,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Should prevent enchantment from doing damage

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

You mean you cannot target Enchantments or you target an Enchantment and the ability does nothing ?

Gargaroz I made some more testing and the problem is/was that Kiora, the Crashing Wave 's first ability indeed prevents damage from enchantments to players and creatures BUT not to plainswalkers.

And to answer the question, you can target enchantments, the damage just goes through.

And artifact damage goes through to planeswalkers as well.
