Glacial Crasher can't attack when opponent doesn't own a Mountain
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Glacial Crasher can attack when there is a Mountain on any side
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

In the screenshot above, I don't own a Mountain and AI pass his attack phase even if owning a Mountain.
