Describe the Bug:
1) Fated Return doesn't return the targeted creature card to the battlefield.

2) Return's controller doesn't get to scry 2 when he/she casts it during his/her turn.

The card used to work properly in JOU.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Fated Return returns the targeted creature card to the battlefield and it controlelr gets to scry 2 when he/she casts it during his/her turn.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

This is a pretty old bug report and a week ago there was a bug in the 'new_global_tutor' function that suits perfectly this case, so I guess this is already fixed.

Gargaroz this is still a bug in public version no creature is fetched from both graveyards to battlefield the creatures remain in graveyard.
And no scry either.

Fixed for this and Hymn of Rebirth in 7604e73

Works fine as of CoRM15 mini5. Fixed.
