[fixed/closed]Chain Lightning no help text

After paying Chain Lightning's casting cost, the help text box vanishes. hence, the spell cannot be cancelled.
It works as intended otherwise.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Chain Lightning
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini2, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The help text prompts the player to choose a target and provides a cancel button.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
