Describe the Bug:
Thran Foundry's activated ability can't be activated when neither player's graveyard contains any cards.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Thran Foundry
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini2, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Thran Foundry's activated ability can be activated regardless of the number of cards in any graveyard.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Can be used if both gy are empty.
Upon use Thran Foundry and cards in gy disappear (don't go into lib or exile zone). Then lib is shuffled.

Still disappearing rather than being exiled (as are cards in gy).
