Tha artifact targeted by Karn's Touch becomes a 0/0 creature until end of turn.
Which card did behave improperly ?

CoRM15 mini2, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Tha artifact targeted by Karn's Touch becomes a creature with power and tougness each equal to its converted mana cost until end of turn.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Also tested March of the Machines -> no bug
