[fixed/closed]Sarkhan Vol - 1st ability

Describe the Bug:
When you use the first ability you get an unattached legacy card with text related to the 2nd ability and your creatures do not get pumped.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Sarkhan Vol

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/9/28: Conspiracy for the recoding of M15 minipatch 3,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Creatures you control get +1/+1 and haste until EOT.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

When I played Sarkhan Vol 's - 1st ability for the first time I got this dump error first.
