Describe the Bug:
When you use the first ability you get an unattached legacy card with text related to the 2nd ability and your creatures do not get pumped.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Creatures you control get +1/+1 and haste until EOT.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
