[fixed/closed]Jhoira's Toolbox bad "trigger"

Jhoira's Toolbox's activated ability can only be activated when Toolbox is dealt damage.
For example, it can't be activated when an Ornithopter is dealt 3 damage by Lightning Bolt.
It can be activated to regenerate itself or another artifact creature when multiple creatures are damaged at the same time (e.g. by Earthquake) and Toolbox is one of those creatures.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Jhoira's Toolbox's activated ability can be activated when one or more artifact creatures are dealt damage, regardless of whether Toolbox is one of those creatures or not.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
