Describe the Bug:
Change of Heart can't target creatures controlled by its controller.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Change of Heart

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Change of Heart can target creatures controlled by any player.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
