Describe the Bug:
1) When Chronatog Totem is in its animated state while it has summoning sickness and the "pump and skip turn" option is chosen from its mode selection popup, the game prompts the player to pay
and probably animates Totem again when that mana is being paid.
Selecting "cancel" from the popup when Totem is animated and summoning sick results in it getting +3/+3 until end of turn and its controller skipping his/her next turn.
When this pump ability is on the stack and the player clicks Totem in response, selecting "cancel" from the prompted popup menu makes the game prompt him/her to pay
(only if Totem is summoning sick).
2) Chronatog Totem's pump ability can be used an infinite number of times on the same turn, regardless of whether it's summoning sick or not.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The menu works as intended.
The pump ability can only be activated once per turn.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Chronatog's pump is limited to once per turn as intended.
