[fixed/closed]Guiding Spirit puts copy of opp's crit on top

When Guiding Spirit's activated ability targets its controller's opponent and the top card of that opponent's graveyard is a creature card, a copy of that card is put on top of the opponent's library and the original card remains in the graveyard.
The ability works as intended when targeting Spirit's controller.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Guiding Spirit's activated ability targets its controller's opponent and the top card of that opponent's graveyard is a creature card, that card is put on top of the opponent's library.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
