Describe the Bug:
Tezzeret the Seeker 's -X ability does not appear to work as of M15

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
M15 mini update 3 sept 2014

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Still bugged. Seems to always charge 2 more loyalty counters than what you enter. For example tutoring for 0 removes 2 loyalty counters. Thus tutoring for 2 or more will kill him right away. The prompt is also getting messed up. Tutoring for 0 tells you to find an artifact with -1 CMC.

Also you can give any value for X. You can just say X = 20 and get any artifact you want.
