[fixed/closed]Phyrexian Furnace no draw & card not in exile

Describe the Bug:
1) When Phyrexian Furnace's second activated ability is activated, its controller doesn't draw a card.

2) When Phyrexian Furnace's second activated ability is activated and the bottom card of a player's graveyard is targeted, Furnace is not sacrificed and the targeted card is not exiled (and no card is drawn).

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Phyrexian Furnace's second activated ability is activated, its controller draws a card.

Exiling the bottom card of a player's graveyard via Furnace's 2nd ability works.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

I confirm all except in most cases if not all cases if the bottom card is selected the card is removed from the game but not going in exile zone,
andthis affects both abilities.
