[fixed/closed]Knowledge Vault can't be activated

Describe the Bug:
Neither of Knowledge Vault's activated abilities can be activated.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Knowledge Vault
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini3, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Both of Knowledge Vault's activated abilities can be activated.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

When sac'ing Knowledge Vault you don't discard your hand before exiled cards are put into your hand.
