Describe the Bug:
1) Falling Star deals more than 3 damage. It seemingly deals an amount of damage to a creature equal to that creature's toughness.

2) Falling Star never deals damage to more than one creature. Would be nice if the number of creatures it affected scaled with the number of creatures on the battlefield on a given player's side of the table, but even if that's impossible to code, it should be a random number of creatures (e.g. 0-3), preferrably controlled by the same player.

3) Falling Star remains on the battlefield after resolving.

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini3, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Falling Star deals 3 damage to each creature it affects, can affect more than one creature, and is put into its owner's graveyard after resolving.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

- Long term task: inserting all the good stuff I left out from the "Golden Years" mod

creatures dealt damage aren't tapped.
