Horror of Horrors can't be activated when a black creature is dealt lethal damage or would be destroyed by other means.

It's the same global bug reported in the Ragnar thread, and it's already fixed.

It can be activated and works, but the prompt when first activated is 'select a card' instead of 'select a swamp'.
