[fixed/closed]Silhouette doesn't prevent damage
by Nexhro » 03 Oct 2014, 15:29
Describe the Bug:
If a creature is dealt damage by (a) spell(s) or ability(/ies) that target(s) it and Silhouette is cast when the game asks for damage prevention effects, a legacy effect card names Silhouette is attached to that creature but damage dealt to it by relevant sources is not prevented. This also applies to damage dealt to that creature after said legacy effect card has been atatched to it.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Silhouette
Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini3, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
If a creature is dealt damage by (a) spell(s) or ability(/ies) that target(s) it and Silhouette is cast when the game asks for damage prevention effects, damage dealt to it by relevant sources is prevented.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

prevents damage once legacy card is attached, but the damage that prompted the damage prevention phase goes through
also, this should be castable as an instant at any time, not just as damage prevention. if it already uses a legacy card to prevent damage for rest of turn, why can't you apply the legacy card at any time?

Working on: housekeeping and archived reports
