[fixed/closed]Part Water bad targeting

Describe the Bug:
This might be a confusing read. I'll try to be as clear as possible.
When a player attempts to cast Part Water, he/she is asked to select targets after
has been paid.
1) If there are more creatures on the battlefield than the player can afford to target, the client keeps asking for targets until X+1 creatures have been chosen as targets, where X is the maximum number that player could afford to target with the mana he/she has available in untapped sources and in his/her mana pool. This effectively makes the spell uncastable, as it will always ask for
more than the player has available.
Example: I control 5 Islands and 2 Ornithopters; the AI controls one or more Ornithopters. When I am prompted to choose targets, the game will keep asking for targets until I have chosen three creatures, then prompt me to pay
.
2) The targeting process can't be canceled. Clicking the cancel button when asked to choose targets doesn't do anything. This means that when there are exactly as many or less than the maximum number of creatures a player can afford to target on the battlefield, that player has to target all legal targets.
The spell seems to work as intended otherwise, i.e. the targeted creatures gain Islanwalk until end of turn, if the player manages to pay for the spell.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Part Water
Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini3, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Cancel button works.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
