Describe the Bug:
Elspeth Tirel's -5 ability destroys all permanents except for artifacts (including artifact creatures), enchantments and planeswalkers.

So basically it destroys all lands and nonartifact creatures.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Elspeth Tirel's -5 ability destroys all permanents except for Elspeth itself, lands and tokens.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

It didn't destroy all nonartifact creatures for me (left a Sakura-Tribe Elder in play for opponent).

Fixed in ca87b19

kills everything but tokens and lands, but also destroys herself
