[fixed/closed]Tourach's Gate activated abilities don't work

Describe the Bug:
1) When Tourach's Gate is enchanting a land and the player attempts to activate it, teh enchanted land is not tapped and attacking creatures that player controls don't get +2/-1 until end of turn.
The ability can be activated any number of times on the same turn and will go onto the stack, but doesn't seem to do anything upon resolution.
2) When Tourach's Gate's controller controls a Thrull creature, there is no way to sacrifice that Thrull to Tourach's Gate's activated ability. Clicking it still puts the do-nothing effect onto the stack instead of prompting a mode selection popup.
The sacrificing at the beginning of its controller's upkeep works as intended.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
