[fixed/closed]Stunted Growth same card can be chosen thrice

When Stunted Growth resolves, the targeted player can choose the same card in his/her hand up to thrice.
If he/she does, a copy of the chosen card is put on top of that player's library for each time it has been chosen beyond the first time.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Stunted Growth resolves, the targeted player has to choose three different cards from his/her hand and puts the chosen cards on top of his/her library.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
