Hymn of Rebirth doesn't return the targeted creature card to the battlefield.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Hymn of Rebirth returns the targeted creature card to the battlefield.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Could be related to the Fated Return no effect bug.
