[fixed/closed]Reito Lantern can't be activated

Reito Lantern can't be activated-never highlighted as active-able with cards on 1 or both graveyards.
No ct_all values to be activated.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Reito Lantern can be activated when there is at least 1 card on any graveyard.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
