[fixed/closed]Hail Storm no damage to controller's attackers

Hail Storm doesn't deal 2 damage to attacking creatures controlled by its controller.
It works fine in conjunction with attacking creatures controlled by its controller's opponent and the 1 damage to its controlelr and each creature that player controls works on either player's turn.
