[fixed/closed]Cabal Interrogator for 0 opens entire hand

Cabal Interrogator if you choose to activate it's ability for 0 then all the cards in hand are revealed and you can select any card to be discarded.
Cabal Interrogator works correctly when you pay 1 and more mana for his ability.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Cabal Interrogator can be activated for 0 mana BUT no cards are revealed and chosen to be discarded.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
