[fixed/closed]Phantasmal Image and exalted

When a Phantasmal Image attacks and you have a permanent with exalted, the Phantasmal Image gets pumped and doesn't die (correct). but come EOT when the legacy cards go away the Phantasmal Image gets sac'd.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
A disappearing legacy card doesn't kill the Phantasmal image.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
also applies to Phantasmal Dragon, so I assume it is the same for all creatures with sac on target.
