[fixed/closed]Olivia Voldaren taps when activate,bad ability

Describe the Bug:
1) Regardless of which of Olivia Voldaren's activated abilities is chosen and paid (or if Olivia's controller does not have enough mana for the second ability and therefore the first ability is chosen automatically), Olivia becomes tapped, its controller is not prompted to choose a target, and no damage is dealt/no creature is stolen.

The abilities can still be activaed when Olivia is tapped, so the tapping is part of the effect rather than of the activation cost.

2) The mode selection popup is not prompted, unless Olivia's controller's opponent controls a Vampire creature. Assumingly, this means that said ability can't target Olivia's controller's Vampire creatures.

Olivia Voldaren is not tapped when either of its abilities is activated and the selected ability resolves as intended.

Olivia's second activated ability can target Vampire creatures controlled by Olivia's controller.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
