Describe the Bug:
1) Activating Cold Storage's first activated ability seemingly costs [0}. It is highlighted and can be activated when its controller has no mana available.
2) Attempting to target a creature controlled by Storage's controller with Storages's first activated ability returns the help text "Illegal target (destroyed)" and doesn't exile the targeted creature.
3) Cold Storage's second activated ability can't be activated. neither is there a mode selection popup when its controller has 3 or more mana available, nor is it sacrificed when clicked while its controller has less than 3 mana available.
Since it's currently impossible to exile creatures with the first ability, I wasn't able to test whether the second ability works if a creature has been exiled with Storage. Either way, Storage's controller should be able to sacrifice it at any time.

When creatures are returned to play they have the grey text indicating not controlled by owner.
