Skyshroud Claim shuffles its controller's library after each pick, i.e. twice if that player chooses to put two basic lands onto the battlefield..
Which card did behave improperly ?

CoRM15 mini5, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Skyshroud Claim shuffles its controller's library only once.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
