[fixed/closed]Llanowar Reborn 's graft ability is not trig

Describe the Bug:
Llanowar Reborn 's graft ability is not triggering when a creature enters the battlefield.
I tested also Simic Initiate 's graft ability and that is not working either so it seems a global bug.
