[fixed/closed]Samurai of the Pale Curtain - opp's not exiled

Describe the Bug:
1) Opponent's permanents are not exiled with Samurai of the Pale Curtain.

2) Discarded permanent are not exiled.

Probably more cases, but feels extremely hit or miss.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Samurai of the Pale Curtain

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
exile any permanent put into any graveyard.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Cards in players' hands are never permanents, so #2 is not a bug.

110.1. A permanent is a card or token on the battlefield. A permanent remains on the battlefield indefinitely. A card or token becomes a permanent as it enters the battlefield and it stops being a permanent as it's moved to another zone by an effect or rule.

Oooh yeah.... Ok well it seems like it is just opponent's permanents that are not being treated correctly.

And just to be clear, controller's permanents ARE exiled.
