Describe the Bug:
Creatures with converted mana cost of the value chosen for Ashling's Prerogative don't have haste.

The other part of the ability (enter tapped) works as intended.

When I chose odd, creatures with cmc odd came into play tapped and even came into play normal (no haste).

In fact no matter what you select you always have the same result:
choosing odd:
Odd value creatures come into play tapped. - wrong
Even value creatures come into play untapped with summoning sickness. - wrong
choosing even:
Even creatures come into play untapped with summoning sickness.- wrong
Odd value creatures come into play tapped.- correct
