Attempting to cast Crackleburr doesn't prompt a payment selection popup if its owner controls mana sources allowing him her to cast Cracckleburr for either of two or more of the following costs:
, 
, or .
Instead, the client always prompts that player to pay .
Crackleburr is blue and red as intended and its controller can choose how to pay for its activated abilities.
