Describe the Bug:
-1 Active Volcano 2nd ability to destroy blue permanent finds them "illegal target subtype" and finds legal target only land and when you target the land nothing happens.
-2 the abilities on prompt menu don't match the sequence of the abilities on cards text.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Active Volcano finds blue permanent legal targets and destroys the target.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Also, if there is a blue permanent in play but no island and you cast Active Volcano it doesn't give you the menu but asks for target island.

All fixed in d3ab616, which fixes Flash Flood too.

1) kill a perm: works, but if you target a land you get an error of wrong color

2) bounce a land: target a land and you get an error of wrong color, target a non-land and it resolves but nothing happens
