Describe the Bug:
1- Flash Flood ability to destroy red permanent finds them "illegal target subtype" and finds legal target only land and when you target the land nothing happens.
2- the abilities on prompt menu don't match the sequence of the abilities on cards text.

If there is a red perm in play and no mountain you are asked for target mountain (which are invalid).

Fixed, see the Active Volcano report.

1) kill a perm: works, but if you target a land you get an error of wrong color

2) bounce a land: target a land and you get an error of wrong color, target a non-land and it resolves but nothing happens
