Describe the Bug:
1st ability requires a target

Which card did behave improperly ?
Ajani, Caller of the Pride

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Aility is 'up to' 1 target creature, so you should be able to activate it and not target anything (and it should be able to be activated when no creatures are on the bf).

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Alao similar to Ajani Steadfast, fixed here.

I confirm the bug but we have to keep in mind that if you decide to put a counter on a creature the ability target's that creature,it doesn't target only if you decide to activate it for 0 creature.

Fixed in 0336afd : targeting a creature is optional.
