[fixed/closed]Thalakos Scout ability re-activated on stack

Describe the Bug:
AI at least can use Thalakos Scout ability and then on stack again & again and that results in going back to hand as many Thalakos Scout s as many times AI activated the ability & had cards to discard.(we have seen this bug with other cards in the past)

Which card did behave improperly ?
Thalakos Scout

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Thalakos Scout no matter how many times you re-activate his ability while the first activation is on the stack only the last activation on stack 1st to resolve has to return Thalakos Scout the other activations will not find anything to return to hand.
NOTE: activating as many times on stack however is a legitimate play.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
