[fixed/closed]creatures turning faceup not trig other cards

morph creatures turning face up is not causing other cards' abilities to trigger.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Secret Plans, and Trail of Mystery. also not in the save: Aphetto Runecaster, and Pine Walker.
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
when a permanent you control is turned face up their effects should trigger.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
-any card that looks for a morph card to turn face up.
