Quiet Contemplation doesn't allow you to pay 1 to tap (freeze) a creature after casting a noncreature spell.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
You can pay 1 whenever you cast a noncreature spell to tap a creature (which doesn't untap next turn).
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Goblinslide seemed to work fine and even had the cost paid automatically when you cast a spell by double clicking the card.
