Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder produces 0/1 thrulls instead of 1/1 ones.
Additionally, they die at the end of the turn instead of lasting forever.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder should produce 1/1 thrulls that last indefinitely.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
