You can cast Soulshriek targeting your opponent's creatures. They die at the end of the turn.
Additionally, it doesn't give the +X/+0 bonus, either way -- all it does is make whatever creature it targets die at the end of the turn.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Soulshriek should only be able to target your creatures, and should give them +X/+0 until end of turn, where X is the number of creatures in your graveyard.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
