[fixed/closed]Dragon Throne of Tarkir can't be equipped

Despite Dragon Throne of Tarkir being highlighted when its controller has
available in untapped sources and/or in his/her mana pool, Throne can't be equipped. Clicking on it simply doesn't do anything.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Dragon Throne of Tarkir can be equipped.
